a charming stay near the heart

the location proved convenient near the station. i also enjoyed the clean and modern room including a great shower. breakfast offered a good variety and a satisfying start to the day. the hotel's proximity to the main train station allowed easy access to various destinations.
the room lacked a refrigerator and kettle which i found a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast was fine. It had a decent selection of food.
the neighborhood really felt unsafe. i saw drug deals happening right outside the hotel and did not feel comfortable walking around at night! plus, the constant noise from the street made it hard to sleep.

The room was excellent. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Staff members are helpful. They can provide an iron board. Luggage storage is available if the room isn't ready, which i liked.
The shower head kept swinging, so i had to hold it. There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room (or anywhere else in the hotel). The surrounding area has homeless people and drug users, so i did not feel safe.

the room was spacious and clean i found the breakfast to be quite good the reception staff seemed very friendly i appreciated the option to park in the parking garage. the personnel were very kind it. the location is convenient i could reach the train station and many trams easily. the hotel is fresh clean and cozy it provided the expected level of comfort.
the neighborhood seemed a bit unsettling at night i noticed some drug dealers and addicts there

i found the room very clean. the central train station was close by. it made travel easy, but the immediate area wasn't the best.
the neighborhood had many junkies. i felt unsafe walking around at night.
